As Axean has said, Closed Forest is quite fantastic.

All beasts get 100 ATK x number of monsters in the grave and it makes it so no one else can play field spells while its on the field or the turn its destroyed. Makes fighting against Gravekeeper's so much easier.

As most of these posts have proved, it really depends on your deck and goals.

My Spellcaster deck focuses around spell counters,
and Magical Citadel of Endymion is a huge help with
activating the effects of my monsters.
I wouldn't want to run the deck without it.

Indeed, I run Spellcasters as well and Spell Counters give the most powerful effects. Destroying monsters, draw engines, monster retrievers and SpecialSummons... Especially with Endymion acting as a collector of counters. And it can protect itself from cards like Dust Tornado and Mystical Space Typhoon with its effect. The only thing it can't stop is Giant Trunade... Which is fortunately Limited, and I don't see many people run it in their decks.
