Today I ate: Some lean cuisine meal at work, Cranberry and Pomegranate juice, some fatty cake by hostess or something similar, 2 bottles of water, bottle of tea.

My exercise today was: an hour at the gym working on muscle endurance.


I honestly don't know how I gained weight... I've been working out more and my food intake hasn't changed much... T ^T I've been running almost everyday for the past 3 weeks... crying

I guess I gotta work harder... Today was comfort food since I was bummed from seeing this gain... But I'm getting back on track tomorrow.
