Yeah. I've tried losing weight before, but I usually give up pretty quickly. I'm finally staying on a weight loss plan for once, and am losing weight. So I decided to make a new thread to post whatever I want related to my weight loss. I don't like doing those daily "this is what I ate today" things. So yeah, I post whatever I want.

So like I said, I couldn't lose weight before since I'd always give up. I got crazy strong cravings when I tried to lose weight, even if I let myself eat small portions of my cravings. So I'm doing that shangri la thing and taking 2 tbs of oil a day. Cravings are so minimal, that I'm not usually hungry. I do get very tiny cravings sometimes, but they go away quickly and they don't bother me.

Height: 5'3.5"
SW: 148.4 lbs

CW: 140.8 lbs
BMI: 24.55

GW1: 143 lbs dramallama
GW2: 135 lbs
GW3: 125 lbs
GW: 115 lbs

Thanks. I wasn't really expecting the oil-thing to work, but ah well. It works, so I'm happy.

My weight loss is weird. It's been for the most part, a consistent pattern of losing weight, then pausing for two days, then losing weight, and pausing for two days. Happen to anyone else? It does not coincide with any of my bodily functions, by the way.

I haven't lost any weight for like, a week ._. So I changed my exercise routine. Normally I'd just go forward on my elliptical trainer for 40 minutes, but now I go forwards and backwards, while doing HIIT. I hope I start losing weight again. This is annoying D:<
