Home Remedies for a Toothache

Hi! I don't post here often, though I do lurk quite a bit. I'm desperate, though. I've got an awful toothache and unfortunately I can't get to the dentist anytime soon. I was wondering if there were any kitchen witches out there that may have some remedies for me to try. I have some narcotic painkillers at hand, but I have to work, and I dislike taking them anyway. I'm allergic to Ibuprofen and Tylenol/Aleve just doesn't seem to cut it. Any suggestions?
