What I do!

I Jog every other day.
Right now I walk a street then I jog the next I do this until I get back to my house.

I do yoga!
It works your muscles and it increases your flexibility and it is a good stress reliever.

I take walks.
Everyday, near the evening, now that it is cooler I don't have an excuse to sit on my butt.
I get out and walk. Preferably long walks by the lake.

I jump rope.
Getting your heart really pumping will help you burn fat.
i do this everyday.
Or at least try too.

I just started.
But now that it's cooler finally I can get outside.
In fact if I wasn't going to the movies in an hour I'd be outside walking and jogging.

That's great,

I do yoga weekly, I should really do more during the week outside my classes, but I just can't be bothered. It's a problem.

I get in at least about a 20-30 min bike ride a few times a week. Sometimes more. On my days off I try to do a 1hr20min bike ride total (ie: taking my lazy butt up to the north end of town and coming back).

Other than that I've been really lazy. I'm going to start going to the gym at least once a week now.

Jump rope is cool but it hurts my knees.

That's because you were spelling it like the seafood, so it technically was spelled right, just the wrong word haha.

If you really want to add more or mix it up. I suggest a sport. I find with repetitive things like jogging and walking, it's easy to get bored and loose motivation and feel like you're working out. If you join a team/club and try adding a sport once a week. You might have loads of fun and forget you're doing it for the workout. Plus having other people to depend on you helps motivate. If my school had a swim team I'd be on it. Buutt, my new college sucks. No outdoor adventure club, no kayak club and no rock climbing club. The horror. So I bike to school. It provides me with a workout while I save money and travel to school. Kills three birds with one stone. And only costs me an extra hour a day.
