AMITYVILLE ACADEMY ENROLLMENT FORM
Name: Yui Nicknames: N/A Gender: Female Age: 15
Faction/Race Monster/Samebito
Personality: Yui is extraordinarily prim and proper for a Monster. She takes great (if quiet) pride in the fact that some humans know the story of her ancestor and his magical ruby tears. She takes greater pride in the fact that her family has a nigh unbreakable record of exemplary service to the Dragon Kings. And as far as she's been able to determine, she is the only monster in school who will wrinkle up her nose with genteel disgust at the antics her fellows get into. Yui has been known to whip out a delicate white hanky and wipe down her own silverware if it is not up to her high standards for cleanliness. Yet, in spite of her well... priggishness, Yui is also a typical teen and tends to enjoy seeing how many buttons she can push with adults. Particularly when it comes to hair dye and piercings.
Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? Yui recognizes that the world is changing. The Dragon Kings no longer employ anyone who hasn't gotten the very best education available. Therefore, if she ever wishes to emulate her ancestor in terms of service, Yui needs to learn as much as she possibly can. The subjects couldn't matter less to her currently so long as she gives the appearance of a well-rounded monstrous education.
FEAR: Though a gentle soul at heart, when need calls for it, Yui can and will fight. Though she is tiny, she has a powerful, ferocious bite. Think of the pressure per pound ratios of a great white shark attack. Yui's bite is almost double that as far as bone crushing pressure is concerned. In Yui's case, her bite is far worse and more dangerous than her bark. Weakness: Yui has to get in close to her target in order for her Fear to do her any good. This leaves her terribly vulnerable and open to range attacks.
Natural Ability: Much like her esteemed ancestor, Yui is able to cry crimson tears that turn into rubies upon leaving her eyes. However, before anyone starts to view her as an instant cash cow, this ability only works if Yui is genuinely moved (in a deeply emotional way) to tears.
Physical Description: Yui stands at 4'5" and is quite slender and almost doll-like in appearance. Eye Colour: Glowing, emerald green Hair Colour/Style: Naturally flame red, but she dyes it a brilliant, electric blue/ Though it is shoulder length, she tends to prefer punk-ish styles Skin Colour: Inky Black Clothing Style/Colours: Reminiscent of a traditional kimono, only shorter, a bit risque and a lot alternative/ Yui prefers to wear cool colors that accent her inky skin. Extra: Small gill slits(aesthetic only), a small kirin like horn, claws and a shark's tail
Chibizoo After eight hours of unclogging absolutely putrid toilets (he had ironically found at the very bottom of it a purple hairball, how strange) Arel was absolutely, definitely not in the mood to be staring at application forms.
Was it possible for a frost demon to smell? Yes, and judging by the way the cleaning gnomes and maintenance goblins were averting him, he smelt bad. He absently scratched his head only to encounter, for fear's sake, he really did not want to know WHAT was clumped in his hair in a giant glob. Very tentatively, Arel grabbed the closest piece of paper - marked something like 'Application form Yui the Same..something something' and wrinkled it a bit, using it to scoop up most of the mess. Perfect.
And there was no headmistress to be seen anywhere. Cackling to himself just slightly, he very gently tipped the door into her office open and fed the form, giant glob of whatever-it-was and all, into the Acceptance Bin.

The Samebito (shark man in Japanese) is a creature that appears in "The Gratitude of the Samebito", a short story by Lafcadio Hearn.
Description It is described as a humanoid with inky black skin, emerald green eyes, a face like a demon's, and a beard like a dragon's.
The Story In the story, a man named Totaro meets the Samebito one day on a bridge. Although frightening, the creature turns out to be a gentle being who, as punishment for a petty fault, has been expelled from the sea by his former employer, one of the eight great Dragon Kings of the ocean. Totaro takes pity on the creature and allows it to live in a deep pond in his garden. Some time later, Totaro fell in love with the beautiful Tamana he sees at a female pilgrimage at Mii-dera and intended to marry her. Tamana's father however, had set the bride price at 10,000 precious stones. Unable to come up with such an immense fortune, Totaro went home and lay ill until he was dying. When the Samebito learns that his master is on his deathbed, he begins to cry tears of blood which become precious rubies when they hit the ground. Through the Samebito's tears, Totaro eventually wins the hand of the woman with whom he is infatuated. When he has finished weeping, the Samebito is also pardoned by the dragons, and the story ends happily
