I walk about four miles on the treadmill everyday...
I really want to loose my chubbyness.

When it gets cooler outside I'll be walking outside for long distances.

Anyone have tips?

Jogggggg. At the very least, Walk 3 minutes, jog for 1. Or whatever you can do without killing yourself. Little bursts of jogging, or a better term for it is intervals, are sooo good for losing weight. 'Cause switching things up like that is really really good. It makes your metabolism go up and such which is what helps you burn fat throughout the day, not just when you're exercising. So yeah, anything you can do to raise your metabolism is very very good.

What Lauren said. There's no reason to spend hoooooooours exercising when you can burn the same number of calories in a more efficient way. Check out the Couch to 5k program if you're nervous about running. It'll start you off with 30 second jogging intervals which aren't hard at all. In a few weeks, you'll be tackling 5 minute jogging/running sessions and it won't feel bad at all.

If you want to shed fat, you've got to break a sweat and get your heart pumping. If you're not sweating, panting for air, and if you're heart's not pounding, then you're not working hard enough and you're cheating yourself of some prime fat burning opportunities.

M'kay.
I'll start putting little jogging burst throughout the workout.
I'll also start jumping rope.
When it gets cooler outside I'm going to try to jog outdoors.
I'm not used to exercising outside though but... I live in a suburb and everyone will be at work so i wont be seen. ninja

I looks really cool but my parents will not let me buy anything off the internet.
It says purchase on it soooo i cant...
Is there anything that is free?

What site did you end up on? confused

If you Google Couch to 5k the very first search result is this site which shows you the entire program and is 100% free.

If you have time in the morning, maybe you could walk before breakfast? I'm not sure if it's true, but I heard that exercising before breakfast = exercising on an empty stomach = burning more fat rather than the food you eat throughout the day.

I'm going to try it... It makes sense.
I got a sauna suit so when I walk I sweat a ton.
I cant wait to use it.
