So, there's this guy, right? (So cliche, I know.) Wait! Ok, this might be kind of long.... --So, when I first saw him, it was at an assembly and he was filming it as part of the media program. (I am also part of the media class at our school) At first I just thought he was attractive. I saw him sometimes walking to my classes, but I didn't know his name or anything.
Now skipping to when I met him...
-- I had been talking with my media teacher about the trip and my family situation and stuff, and then they walk in. (Him and his friends. I learned his name from a girl I know, but I won't call him that, just in case.) So, I start watching them work and observing the edititng they were doing and staring at the guy... They start talking to each other about their word count (for our goal thingies at our school) and I mention to the teacher that I had 15 stickers (equivilant to around 600,000 words) and she sort of announces my grade and number of stickers, then introduces me. I feel pretty awkward of course. So the teacher stays for awhile, then leaves and leaves us in the classroom. And I watch the others, and help them out a little with their script. And one of his friends asked if I was going to stay after school other than that, and I said yeah. And I freaked out that I talked to him, when I got home.. -- The next day I was smiling all day and walking to one of my classes, he saw me! And he waved and said, "Hey, ____" (my name goes there) So, I wave back and went into a sort of elated shock for most of the day. And freak out again when I get home...
--When I gushed to my older sister and mother, as I am prone to do) my sister starts saying I'm in love. SO! Now I am very confused... I don't know if I want to believe in love.
Now, today I was staying after school, again. All of them but one were unable to be the anchor in a video they had to do, and that video needed 2 anchors, so the teacher volunteered me. The guy I like was filming, and even though I have a very quiet voice when I'm nervous and I stuttered for a while, he didn't get impatient or anything, and when I started to get the hang of it he even complimneted me! And he's always saying hi to me when he sees me, even before I see him. He also jokes around with me even though we only just met!
---- So my big things I want advice on are: +What should I do?? I know I like him. +Am I in love?? and +Do you think he likes me??? Thank you!

I just think hes being friendly.. no I dont think youre in love. You most likely have a crush.. which is more than obvious.. Try & get to know him more.. maybe ask to hang out with him sometime.

Ahhh.... I feel somewhat relieved. We already hang out a lot. I think I'm too young and WAY too irressponsible to be in love (if it exists).

Love does exist.. its just hard to find & often mistaken for something else.. Like.. lust or crushes..
& when you find it.. it's the best thing there could possibly be :/

Hahaha Oh I know what thats like. Something very similar is happening to me only im in college.
I'd say, for now you're not in love. You're just crushing on the guy hard. You could also say its infatuation. Just continue to be friends with the guy! Guy friends are a good thing to have. Especially if you guys have the same hobby (Like Media! haha) I think he wants to be friends with you, Its not a good idea to jump the gun on him liking you. Take advantage of the fact that he's not ignoring you and be friendly.
You've degfinatly got something with him though smile A budding friendship is a great thing.
