This week is gonna be hard. Tomorrow is my birthday, witch means cake.
Also everyone has been taking me out to eat...
I made bad choices. Luckily I got a new exercises bike!
So I will be working harder to keep from binging on food, and working hard to burn off fat.

So much junk food...

I start marking progress tomorrow.
My birthday week was crazy. XD
But It was awesome, I got new exercise equipments and I'm excited about that. ^^
I cant wait to start using it.

Breakfast: Smart Ones TV Breakfast dinner thingy

Lunch: Tons of strawberries

Dinner: Morning Star Chicken Strips

Snack: Weight watchers brownie

Drinks: Two cups of green tea

Exercise: Walked a block with a friend
20 reps with dumbells "arm crunches "

Breakfast: Weight Watchers Egg taco

Lunch: Morning Star Chicken nuggets

Exercise: 40 Arm crunches w/ two 5 lb. dumbells

Dinner: Subway sub

Exercise:

Snack: Special K bar, Weight watcher brownie.

Drinks: 3 glasses of water, A cup of coffee, A cup of green tea, A cup of spiced Chai tea, a cup of English Teatime tea.

Breakfast: Weight Watcher Egg Taco

Lunch: Weight watcher TV dinner

Exercise: 30 arm crunches with two 5lb. Dumbels

Dinner: Chocolate Cheerios and milk

Exercise: Walked a mile in my shape up and my five pound leg weights

Snack: 3 pieces of dark chocolate

Drinks: 1 cup of green tea, 1 cup of English breakfast tea, A Cup of jasmine tea A cup of water
