So I'm going to start my journal today!!

For breakfast i had brown bread with chocolate paste.

In my first break I had a McDonald's Happy meal, a sunday and apple slices.

for snacks (sort of) the bread i was supposed to eat at my second break with ham and sausage-spread, A small bole of oven baked chips, and Three cookies.

Still have to eat dinner.
I'm such a bad person I give into temptation to easily... crying

Your dietary choices have nothing to do with the quality of your 'goodness' or 'badness'. That's a dangerous mentality that you should rid yourself of. You're goodness isn't reflected in the food you eat. You're a good and excellent person, food doesn't make you.

You're making healthy choices within the paradigm you're living in, but you might see a lot of success if you change your habits/patterns. I don't eat at work very much any more save for the food I bring with me. (Cut up veggies and an entree type food. (Sammich, rice stuff, bean things). It saves money and is much healthier.

<3 you don't have to worry too much about temptation if rather than trying to restrict, you work on making your diet as healthy as possible.
