a way to control zombies?

iv ben thinking arent zombies the dead brought back to live?...they dont use there decaying brain so why not use it to a advantage! like shoot a dart at a zombie that alows you to control it such as a how you say 'mind control divice' if it could be made just think about the posibilys.....sending zombies to fight a alien invation dont sound that bad X3
