As a few of you may know I had a weight loss blog thingy here.
I had to get my iron back up I'm anemic and it got way too low.

I thought the less you ate the better, I also though that you were suppose to avoid anything with fat in it.
I was wrong.
=/

No I don't have any eating disorder some mental issue, it was killing me that I couldn't eat food, I missed my sugary chocolaty yum food.

Can someone give me good advice?
I want to do this the healthy way not the bad way.

It sounds like you are in the right place mentally but you need to learn more about nutrition :3 There is a wealth of information on the internet, if you are at a gym sometimes their website will have information, or your local government's health department website will probably have stuff too. There's a lot to learn! I also recommend the book "Fighting Globesity" because it talks lots about the benefits of different foods in the Downsize Me chapter smile Remember there are good fats (e.g. nuts, olive oil), other ways to get iron than eating meat (which can be high calorie, you can try chick peas, spinich etc instead). And every now and again you can have something chocolatey biggrin Perhaps you can also check out the other member's food blogs and see if they are doing things differently? or ask them why they choose certain food items?

Alright, My mom gave me a lecture on how to eat right.
We went to Wal-Mart and I got some food.
I got a lot of the Morning star brand stuff, it's full of protein and iron but it's not meat.
I got whole grain cereal, pastas, breads.
I got Light soy milk.
Lean Cuisine TV Dinners, I'm a lazy cook.
More Tea. =)
Granola.
Vitamins to support my metabolism, and hair and nails.
I got yogurt.
And more water bottles.
And lots of veggies and fruit.

Fat and carbs are actually good things to eat, they help the body burn fat cells more efficiently. The key is a balanced diet, portion control and a balanced diet and a balanced diet. xD
