crying i m a beginner at dieting and i m only 13 allmost 14 on oct 16 and could really lose some pounds around 50 to 55 ya thats how much i m over weight.... btw i m 5ft 6 2/3in tall!
could u maybe... tell me how much i should b eating a day? how much colories a day that i should take in? any suggetions for yummy healthy foods?

You shouldn't be dieting. You should be changing the way you live. First thing's first, what's made you overweight? You need to look at what you're eating. Are you eating healthy? Are you eating a lot of snacks? Are you exercising? Getting outside and playing? How much tv do you watch, how much time do you spend on the computer or playing video games?
