[Breakfast] •1 over easy egg •1 lean turkey bacon strip •1 toast with nutella
[Lunch] •2 small homemade meat pies •2 small homemade spinach pies
[Dinner] •grilled cheese sandwich with mozzarella cheese, 2 slices of American cheese, and 3 paper thin turkey deli slices.
[Snacks] •1 homemade fruit smoothie (non-fat milk, 1 banana, 3 large strawberries, 2/3 cup blueberries) •tortilla chips and salsa •a few biscuits with nutella •1 meat pie
[Water (quantity)] ~About 2L's.
[End of day thoughts:] My legs are SOOO soar from yesterday's run, so today I just took it easy, the next time I run will probably be Monday because Matthew wants to run with me. Also, I'm going to change my entries and divide all the food into categories like breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, instead of just listing them with bullet points.
