do this for 30 - 60 minutes every day. every. day.
doing it in the morning and at night is best. it sounds like a lot sorta, but i find once i start doing it time just flies.
if you're not willing to do that, you're not willing to get better. : P there are no simple tips or quick cheats to getting better at something, you have to work hard.
