Wow it has been too long since I posted. I have been in in university for a little under a month. I was always worried about gaining the "freshman 15" so to speak. Not that it's a disease that people catch but I seriously though I would get sucked into those horrible ruts and gain bad habits. On the contrary, I have great news.

I have lost weight since being here biggrin They have a nice gym which helps. But I barely used it today. I would run around campus before I went.

I am down to...drum roll please...........

170lbs
which means I have lost a total of 9lbs since I last posted. Over a month so I guess it is not that impressive sweatdrop

I am eating a healthy amount so I'm glad that it's helping.

Wow I am so pleased with my weightloss. Granted I haven't been exercising as much as I could but I did manage to maintain a healthy and light diet. Gaining weight in college as a freshmen is not a stereotype I am fulfilling. xp

My weight is now 156lbs.!!!
Total weight lost=30lbs
