Heating pad across the stomach, a nice cup of hot coco, probably a nice hot shower, and then a good movie and nap.

If you don't have a heating pad, microwave a moist towel and carefully apply that to either the abdomen or lower back. If you have a pet, having them nearby helps me, too.
And for the future, something like Midol works like a charm.
Just hang in there!

Try some painkillers? You must stretch your muscles. To regularly do exercise usually keeps the pain down and one way to get fast relief is to lie down straight on the floor and look up. You can do the same standing up but it won't be as effective.

Ever since I've taken Birth Control, I don't have bad cramps at all. It really helps.

This really sucks, I hate my period. My cramps are excruciating, and it's unbearable. I took a really hot shower and took two ibuprofen, still kinda sore. I'm trying the mint tea now. The water is starting to boil.

I didn't exactly have "Mint tea" so I used an Earl Grey tea bag and some organic mint leaves from my garden, it taste heavenly. My pain is starting to ease.

In order to keep from getting horrible cramps again, I suggest you take a midol or two, or when you feel your going to get the period, take a pms pill. The trick to relieving a cramp is heat(and midol). Curl into bed, and wrap yourself into a cacoon of comforters and blanckets, get a hot water bottle or something.
