Art Styles [ update ]

So I want to develop my own art style.
I don't mind anime/manga art. It's rather pretty, but I want my own style.
But I don't know how to go about doing that.
Like, I'd love a cartoon-y style like this person. It's just so unique!
I don't want to draw like them, hell no. It's nice and all, but I want something to claim as my own. But there's is a great example. x3
But you get what I mean, right?
How do I develop my own? I know you can't just BAM draw like a certain way. Drawing is like speaking, in a way. You just... do it. Right?
So, how can I develop my own?
You know what I mean?
I'm not good at getting easily inspired, and I don't have a muse.
Perhaps drawing prompts?
I don't know.
I'm at a total loss for this.

Like a certain character?
Give me a picture of them and tell me to get off my lazy a** and draw them!
Want an avatar drawn?
Give me that avatar and repeat!
Want me to draw an animal!
I'd prefer it to be a cartoon!
Animated, etc!
But don't expect it to look great.
This is all practice that I really need. ; n ;
