Time for another British political leadership contest!
The likely candidates are;

Simon Hughes
Mark Oaten

Unlikely candidates;

Vincent Cable
Nick Clegg
Charles Kennedy
etc. xp

The support seemingly lies with Campbell at the moment, yet there may still be others to declare their intentions to stand.

Yes, I think he has been since well before the 90's. He has quite a majority backing in his constituency as well, like any major political figure does. Needless to say, a pretty well respected man.

Really, I'm not sure they have anyone suitable.

Either way, I'm still convinced that the party should face the music and disband itself. Scattering itself over the remaining parties. It has nothing that it can call its own.
