Shiny pokemon

i was able to recieve a Shiny Creselia, very beautiful, and full of potential... but getting out of the game? Alas my Dsi was stolen W/ pokemon within... all for the use of substance.... i cry my friends, i weep... crying crying

B4 i got my 1st gym badge on Heartgold I found a shiny catrpie and caught it. Then I put it on my Pearl game. Once I found a shiny geodude but I accidently KO'd it.. crying

I'm so sorry. I haven't been lucky enough to come across a shiny myself (Apart from red Gyrados in SS)
