Substitution Limits

[Pain - Bringer of Order]

When in a heated battle, we tend to overuse the very popular Substitution jutsu. To reduce this there is now a limit placed on how many substitutions RPers may use per battle. It will also make them work harder and not just rely on substituitions.

Academy Students: 1 Substitution per battle.
Genin: 3 Substituions per battle.
Chunin: 5 Substitutions per battle.
Jonin: 8 Substitutions per battle.
ANBU: 10 Substitutions per battle.
Kage: 15 Substitutions per battle.
Sage: 17 Sustitutions per battle.



These substitution techniques must have a place where you activated the jutsu, for example:

Pain creates an earth wall to avoid the incoming kunai and hides there.
His opponent comes around the wall and strikes him.
The blow hit the substitution and it poofed.

**While Pain was hiding he had the chance to do the substitution.

This is not an acceptable way to substitute in battle:

Pain and his enemy face off. Pain lands a hit on his opponent. His opponent poofs. It was a substitution.

Creating substitutes out of nowhere is prohibited.

Im glad that you made this rule Pain because for the RPers that do the Substitution Jutsu, they copy off what they say in around where Sakura did the Substitution Jutsu about 2 or 3 times in the episode but some of the RPers do it to far and do it to many times.
