Opinions on my Tyranitar and Lucario

Tyranitar is EV trained in attack and i wanted to get opinions on its move set

Earthquake
Rock Slide
Outrage (had since hatched)
Stone Edge

*Currently EV Training its speed

Lucario is EV Trained in both Attack and Sp.Atk

Close Combat
Force Palm
Dark Pulse
Iron Tail

I wanted to change one of the physical attacks to add in a sp.atk move

I'd take out one of the rock type moves on T-tar, since having both of them is a bit redundant.

As for Lucario, I would rather pick an attacking stat, and stick with it, putting the other EV's in speed, since Lucario isn't the fastest, nor most defensive of Steel types.

Your Lucario is really good. but i suggest letting it learn the move Extreme speed. wink

Tyranitar should learn more attacks of different types

for your lucario you want as much type coverage as possible
so you dont really need 2 fighting attacks.
force palm does have a nice paralysis effect but its low 60 base power is only half the power of close combat so i would drop that.
you may want to replace it with ice punch or thunder punch
