You might want to look at some anatomy references. posemaniacs.com is a pretty good site, or just practicing moving limbs slightly from pictures.

That's the main improvement you could use, but I like it so far otherwise. smile

The shoulder joint is out of position and the arm is too long. Her nose is kind of low and pointy. The chest is kind of like a dumpling in shape. The upper line is too short and point while the lower line is too long. The abdomen is too bulgy. But you know your art is really cute smile
