Here try using a pencil and paper to let out your feelings. I used to cut till my bestie found out and totally lectured me for like 3 hours -_-

oh, i've had so many lectures, and the threat to be sent to counseling... wahmbulance

That's why it's better to scratch, and to use ice... or to exercise until your body hurts so much you are at the breaking point and pass out.

and yes I did get that threat it was scary
