I just checked it and it said Izaya was voiced by Hiroshi Kamiya, the same person who voices Trafalgar Law (One Piece)
I was srsly surprised since I didn't even pick up the voice similarity between the two of them O,o
PROOF:
Law - 2009, Izaya - 2010Izaya (now that I listen to it, I pick up a faint Law voice there...)Law (god I love how he says 'Shambles'~)compare those two now
