Suggestions for a great cleric?

A friend has an umbreon thats amazing yet annoying. its a cleric that has heal bell, wish, agility(?) and baton pass. And i was wondering what other pokemon would make a nice cleric with wish and heal bell besides the typical celebi or Blissey. I EV train so if that helps...

a good one would be Chimecho. EV train with a modest nature, with special Iv for either def or spec def.
this is a god def wall chimecho too, with 252 ev in both special atk, and spec def, and 6 in speed.

use wise glasses with him for a boosted spec atk (10&#xgo;es a long way)

Moveset:
Psychic
Shadow Ball
Heal Bell/ Hypnosis/ Thunder wave
Wish

if all else fails you can add calm mind to help boost sepc atk and def, but you risk taking away his atk strength.

Hope this helped a bit, if you want i can give you this specific Chimecho right away, i get bored easily so i train any pokemon i think could be interesting for competitive play
