	Im still trying to get it.... I mean i must have at least Annihilated 1/4 of the pokemon species just looking for it.... i feel sorry for them but it is a pain to get it...

	Yeah it sounds like it >.< it was pure luck I happened to get it. Most people say that with the time it can take to seek it out, you may as well just EV train your pokemon normally.
