Tips? feedback?

So here's one of my resent drawings, i'm still trying to get used to using a tablet, but i can become better if i get feedback.. Please and thank you ;D
im also not a big fan of the eyes, but those were kinda rushed...

well the thing is i dont have a scanner, i always went to my friends house to scan things and thats been getting harder now but i do normal drawings with a pencil and paper. but im trying to switch over to tablet and become better at it but right now im kinda struggling through the coloring and effects.
