I have a really messed up mirror force and im wondering if i can still use it in a tournament

really jacked up
really flimsy

like it came out a of a washing machine

As long as it authentic and use card sleves with no markings or see through cover on it there shouldn't be a problem using it.
But always double check with a judge before the tournament or event starts.

if you can feel the flimsyness of the card through the sleeves you cannot use it, because it is considered stackable.
