Well i was thinking about selling my drill warrior, since im in need of cash right now, so i looked up online and the prices were atleast 20 bucks, which is almost 3 times of what i traded it for (i traded 7 bucks worth of cards for it). But then i remembered a friend of mine told me how it is used in a combo with Dandylion, but i forgot it... so can anyone explain it to me the purpose of this combo, because im gonna need some explanation when i sell a card and i don't want to get ripped off by anyone.

Discard Dandylion for Quickdraw Synchron. Synchro with one of the tokens for drill warrior.

The combination can be continued, because of Drill Warrior's ability to remove itself from the game and then return to the field. You discard to remove, and when it returns, you add a monster to your hand. It's an easy way to spam tokens and fuel Synchro summons or Tytannial.

so in yout opinions do you think that about 20 bucks is a fair price? or should it be higher or lower? cuz its ultimate rare and it is in mint condition

it will go down because of infernities probally. or at least get limited next ban list. try going for 20-25 USD while you still can.
