General

-Question Raised: When will the room hosts get their funds, and how much?
-Please send me, Princess Angelishia, room plots when you finish them.
-Princess Angelishia will be Eris and queeniecee will be Pandora. If you need either character to appear in your room, please let us know and we will be happy to fit into your plot.
-Question Raised: How much funds do we have?
-We are using mules as our characters.

Forest Room

-Plot almost set.
-Lady Elmira is missing?
-Layout / Art ordered.
-2 active staff: Luna and Nana Etolie
-Not sure if they will need extra funds.
-Question Raised: Can she reimburse herself for the 40k layout she purchased?
-Need 2 more rpers / mods.

Dark Room

-Plot done.
-Has some extra funds for room.
-Needs more rpers.

Celebration Room

-Plot done.
-1 more cohost and 2 rpers.
-Contests almost done.
-Wants envelopes hidden in Dark and Forest Room.

Beauty Room

-Plot almost set.
-Scavenger Hunt.
-Needs 3 more characters.
-Extra funds from an art sale.
-Had an artist lined up, but she has disappeared. Finding new artist. Backup is Queenie who does some art.

Updates:

1. Lady E has dropped out of the ball due to irl.

2. Panda of the Twilight has dropped out of the ball due to irl.

3. Bliss had a final at the same time as meebo this week (sorry), and has been going through finals for the last few weeks, as well as hosting exchange students. I am back (for good hopefully) however my new job is very demanding, and I think I work during the meeting next weekend. ><

4. Shu will not be able to attend meetings as her computer time has been limited due to a health condition.

5. MT. Olympus has all of our art being comissioned curretly. We just need to complete our introduction. Plot is done, but we need 2 RP. We need to chose contests and prizes.

6. current finds per room were at about 850k per room i think? (need to double check), I can send out the funds right away if you would like, and we can split whatever is left to come in.

7. Due dates will be set very very soon for projects

8. I thought we were using main's and using post styles? has everyone changed their mind?

9. Should we continue with meebo, or should we just set up an update thread?

The Forest Room has someone to replace Lady E, and we're just going to scrap the character Enyo, since the Dark Room is already using it.
850k would suit us just fine. That would be more than enough to purchase Forest Room prizes, I believe.
Mains with special posting styles would be best for us too, since me and the new other host, Nana Etoile, are probably going to have to use mules for our rooms other characters unless we get more RPers.

As far as my knowledge goes, there was no speak of how characters are played.

Also I would rather use mules for smaller characters. The main characters should be controlled by the main accounts.

Thing though is at the moment more people are for using mains then not.

I used my main last year and people weren't confused.

I would rather use a post style on my main then make another mule just for the ball.

What about special posting styles like we talked about in the thread? It'll still be pretty easily distinguished then...and if people read the front pages it can't possibly be that hard to remember anyway...

I'm for using mains with posting styles. The only mule that could be used is one for the room overall.

I think we should keep up Meebo meetings, or at least have some more Booty Grab/social nights.

Also, 850k works great for the Sea room. Thank you!

Shun and I are using Mules since it's easier on us. Plus we're using those mules to hold all the gold and such.

Me vote for update thread, well, since I won't be able to make it to the meetings anymore. crying sweatdrop Will be much easier on me. However, if there are emergency stuff to be discussed... go ahead. Maybe monthly Meebo meetings? Booty Grab seems DEAD. 0.o Are we still in need of more funds? (The amount we have seems a LOT...)

so upon checking the mule it was 770 ish instead of 850, so 80k each less than i thought. I will see what I can do to bring it up to 850.

I won't be there on saturday as I need to work sad
(im a bit angry about that since they said i wouldnt be working weekends, so i could work on the ball).

Edit: Panda will be joining Mt. Olympus as a RP, as he will not have enough time to host as either heracles or *********.
