I don't really have a name for it. Any ideas?

Lately I’ve been sad a lot
I’ve told you before, but I guess you forgot
Somehow you just can’t tell
That my life is turning into Hell
I don’t know what I’m going to do
When I need help who do I turn to?
I miss the time when I was happy
Won’t someone please come and help me
I lie in bed as I cry
Wondering what it would take to die
I want to die
I don’t know why
I’m not stupid or brave enough to do it
So please someone, help me get through it.

Wow, I love this. It's scary, but this describes me about a year ago. But then I got a journal and I is ok now ^_^.
As for titles? Someone might work, since the person in the poem is waiting for someone to notice and help them.
