Idea about admin reserved by me....and plus they can't bann noobs, not all noobs are bad, only like 75% of them which constantly annoy us, and plus I already wrote my idea as an answer to your idea in a different forum topic
_being able to ignore noobs who ask to donate
_being able to create private rallies for friends and no noobs
_asking gaia to encourage people to report noobs for cybering and
ignoring them for asking to donate...that's all
