As of today I weigh 147 pounds, I'm (Five foot -Four inches)
My doctor says I should be about 120-130 Pounds.

This is the place where I will be recording my calorie intake and how long I exercise.
I will also post how many pounds I loose, starting tomorrow.

I have two personality disorders I'm Bi-Polar and I have irrational paranoia, this triggers stress sometimes for me and it makes me gain weight by eating my feelings.
I'm also anemic, I'm short.
I collect Pokemon Cards, and Transformers.
I love video games and I hate cars.
I cant sit still...
I'm also about to go to college to become a criminal psychiatrist.
I like rainbows, and I have a fiance.
I'm about to be eighteen.
And I'm graduating early.
I also like shiny things...

I lost one and a half pound since yesterday, I did thirty minuets of cardio and twenty minuets of yoga.



Calorie intake~
~I didn't wake up in time for breakfast, I had a migraine and I didn't want to get up.
So zero calories for that.

~Lunch time I had steamed taters, sugar snap peas, and red peppers.
that was eighty calories.

~I ate a snack at Wal Mart, A Fiber One Muffin that was two-hundred calories. Wow

~ I had another snack at Walgreens, cheese dunk sticks, fifty calories.


~ Dinner I had steamed corn, sugar snap peas, red peppers, carrots.
that was sixty calories

~ Dessert I had Pomegranate Apple sauce with added fiber and that was fifty calories.

Total Calories - four hundred and forty.

Welcome! I understand about how difficult it is to avoid eating your feelings...that's the reason I gained weight as well.

The last couple of days were horrible, I got bit by a dog, and my allergies have been going crazy.
I've also been helping my friend move into their new house.
It's been hell.
I haven't eaten more than eight hundred calories per day so far.
I still need to exercise tonight.

Usually eating less than 1200 calories a day is extremely unhealthy.

I only eat when I'm hungry.
If the stomach isn't growling then I don't eat.

Lets see, I will work out on the Gazelle and run tonight.

And I didn't get to work out yesterday because when I stepped on the Gazelle, there was a wasp. I stepped on a freaking wasp, it hurt so freaking bad!
My foot has a giant puss pocket now, and it hurts to walk.
I will do some push ups and maybe some sit ups.
This really makes me mad I wanted to run today!

I think I might have developed a phobia of calories. Anything that is over three-hundred calories I start to cringe and I feel really guilty when I eat it. It makes me feel like a fat cow when I eat "high" calorie stuff, same with the "high" fat contents, like anything over 1.5% fat... I also hate the Saturated Fat, I will not even buy any type food if it has more than 1.5% in it. I'm not suffering from an ED, even though in my early teen years I was know for not eating for days, but i quickly pulled out of it due to my mother making threats to have me committed with an IV full of nutrients that my body wasn't getting, thank you mom for those threats or else I wouldn't have straightened up. ANYWAY I love food I just hate fats/calories. Does anyone else have this problem?

Breakfast - Breakfast burrito FIVE-HUNDRED CALORIES! eek

Snack - Fiber One Muffin - Two Hundred calories.

Lunch - I didn't eat it because I wasn't hungry. So zero calories for that!

Snack - Cheese Dunk Sticks - Seventy Calories.

Snack - Activia Yogurt - one hundred and ten Dinner - Steamed corn, peas, carrots, green beans - fifty calories
Snack - Whole Grain Toast With Cinnamon and Raisins - Fifty Calories.
Drinks - Three cups of Green tea and two glasses of water - Zero Calories


*~ Total Calories ~*
Eight hundred and seventy calories


~~ Workouts~~
Twenty minutes of jogging with Wii Fit.
Working the flower beds - thirty minutes
seventeen minutes on the Gazelle

Today, well it wasn't a very good day.
More yelling and fighting.
Pointless drama.
I had another migraine.
I said screw the calories and ate a whole burger and half of another one.
I even ate some chocolate!
I know that this bad behavior could end up in re-gaining the weight so I need to exercise extra hard tonight to burn it off.

Uhg, I feel really bad because I ate food that I shouldn't have.
I feel really really really bad!
I should have had more self-control!

I'm moving soon.
Moving back in with my parents, my boyfriends family is too difficult for me to deal with.
Then I will be able to see more of my friends.
And go on walks, even have time to myself with out any drama.
My self control is improving greatly.
