The Wrong DATE!!

Doesn't it seem that way? The Alice in Wonderland movie came out on 03/5, I don't believe the number has and relevence to the book, does it? I see the card on the Hatter's hat and I see a 10/6, though! It kinda makes me wish for the movie to have comeout October 6th... sweatdrop

And March is cool, because of the March Hare. XD

Yeah but it was so fun to think about the numbers on the hat being set as a date! Still, If nothing else, March would be the only good month to set it on...

I agree; sometime during March was a good time to release it. November 4th would have been a good day too... XD XD XD My birthday and the day Alice went through the Looking Glass! rofl

Either way it's nice that the movie is out. I like May 15th that's my birthday and aroudn the time Alice went to Wonderland for the first time. Yeah 10/6 is the price of the hat.

Its priced in old English money. Which are pennies, florins (worth two pence) shillings (worth twelve pence) and pound sterlings (granted we still use pounds and pennies).

It means the hat was priced ten shillings and a sixpence (we don't have sixpence coins any more). So ten shillings and six pennies = 10/6. ^_^ Somewhat expensive for the Victorian era...

Edit: Also if they were going to use the price as a date... it could also be the 10th of June. In Britain we write dates the other way around. XD
