my brother was hounding me to make him this deck.. but now i wanna make it for myself... i havnt nearly collected all the stuff i need for it... and this build is crap but its a base... just looking for some help on the build..

I don't think harpies are worth playing because of the messed up rule saying that do to the card effect...its such a stupid thing. The ruling made a deck I put alot of time into worthless and I made my deck before the structure deck came out.
But hay...they may reprint the card someday and add a new effect or change the effect.
So whats the trouble with your deck? Speed, power, LP, I'll through some ideas in.

on wich card was the ruling on and why?
the deck isnt really complete yet,im still collecting things for it.this deck is more of a structure mode so its not relly going any i just randomly grab stuff for it when needed.
once i get more of the cards im sure i can make it much more of a complex deck then jumbled mess.

The ruling was, sence all Harpie Lady 1, 2 and 3 count as "Harpie Lady" even well in the deck. Because they count as "Harpie Lady" at all time and your limited to 3 copies of a card per deck. You can't have more then 3 cards that are treated as "Harpie Lady" at all times. But the queen and girl are an exception.
I know your decks not breaking that rule, but its still a pain.

Ruling's true, but Harpie Lady 1 was the only decent one of the three regardless. Bringing up a ruling which the OP clearly doesn't contradict holds no ground here.

well i was hoping for some help with the deck though...
i got 2 queens now.. and three hunter owls...
im at least planning on using 3 queen 3 lady1 3 hunter owls
possibly the Prime Material Falcon....
i traded my brother 2 out of 3 icarus attacks...
i probably wont get them back until he's done trying to build a BW deck.. XD
i laughed too...

2-3 prime material falcon
2 of that beast warrior that returns when traps are played
XD
stuff like this was what i was kinda goin for...
even more so just a kick a** wind deck instead of harpies.. maby i could change it to a soliditary build...
