I'm not 100% sure, but I think more than enough time has passed for all the generations to have fully evolved. You'll find out when you preview though I think...

Oh! and here I thought that was some kind of screw up by gaia that just showed all the phases for each Gen just because they had labeled the mas the same item or something. Oh, well that's nice to know.
