I prefer Japanese and Korean dramas; comedy/romance are the best

WOW those are so old and so very typical lol it's ok, everyone HAS to watch them at some point ;D

anywho a couple good ones are those^ and these:
Smile, You
Pasta
I Am Sam
Liar Game (kinda creepy)
Shining Inheritance
IRIS (kinda like F.B.I stuff)
Queen Seon Duk (historical)

These dramas should give you a pretty good span over all the different genres :]

If you like those complicated love-relationship dramas that kind of piss you off sometimes, "Sunao ni narenakute" is a good one. And Jaejoong from DBSK is in it :]

I loved "Mei-chan no shitsuji". probably my favorites. it was amazing. its a romantic comedy, and i love the characters. and the main character girl isnt annoying like in most dramas. D:

If you like suspense i think you should watch "bloody monday", it was a really good drama. and there is a second season as well.

If you want to watch a sad drama that will definitely make you cry, you should watch "1 litre of tears" (ichi rittoru no namida)

and i like the korean drama IRIS but i only watched a few episodes...in japanese...so its probably better in korean w/subs, and if you watch the whole thing unlike me o u o

there are other korean dramas i like but i dont know what the titles are in korean or english ><;;

The only Japanese drama that I know is Hana Yori Dango. I watched that obsessively in 9th grade. I know too many Chinese dramas but I don't even know the name of the dramas... @_@
