You're gonna have to give us more information than that. Are you friends already? Are you guys in the same classes? How do you know him? What's the average level of daily interaction? We can't help you with 2 sentences.
•Say hi! Make a conversation, but don't make him feel uncomfortable. •Dress to impress, but don't change who you are! •Don't bug him • Make sure you are nice to him, and show him your intrest in him. Otherwise, playing hard to get is NOT the way to go.
