Food: Well, we ended up at Olive Garden, so I'm over what I should have eaten regardless.

The weather is nice, so I think I will start running outside again tomorrow. Winter makes it difficult to run.

Suggestion: cut out the soda.works wonders.just saying.dont have to listen though.

Already drink diet, like my caffeine.

i saw the word diet. but a pint=16oz. just because it says 0 calories doesnt mean it will help you lose weight. it makes you retain water and other impurities of the body.
"People who drink diet soft drinks don't lose weight. In fact, they gain weight, a study shows."
im not saying you need to get rid of it all just try cutting back a little.or set a plan where you match ounce for ounce. every ounce of diet coke = ounces of water.water helps flush your system out.but either way good luck with your diet.
