hi im gonna start keeping a journal

i am about 190lb i weigh myself every day and so give or take 4-5 pounds

i would like to weigh 160 lb

right now i think my eating is fine so im gonna focus on drinking less soda and exercise more

my first goal is exercising 15 minutes every day for 2 weeks i have a hard time exercising at all so i think this is a good goal for my first week

no one has to read this but i would like to keep track of my progress

i need to remember to get a sports bra but i will work out in a regular bra in the mean time

these are tips i need to remember:

hold a stretch for 30 seconds stretch major muscle groups at least 3 times a week i dont know what the major muscle groups are but i will look that up later

Welcome to the guild biggrin What you're doing so far sounds great! Cutting out soda (at least for the most part) can help you drop like 10 lbs by itself, depending on how much you drank it before. 3nodding

Welcome to the guild! Your goal sounds very reasonable, and the exercise sounds like a good start! There are a lot of things you can do as exercise, from washing a car to cleaning the house, to jumping jacks and running around. The hard part is thinking outside the box so you mix it up!

Personally, I like to put on 5 or 6 songs and dance around to them when I'm feeling silly once a week or so. It's a good break from traditional exercise. :] <3
