Randall. I have to tell you, 3 book of moon is an absolute nescessity in GK decks.
I believe dscendant is too much at 2, because you most likely just used him after a swarming, which means your swarm is all gone, doing that too many times takes away field advantage.
Also, maining Royal Oppression is bad because it makes spy useless, even as a defender, because after he's attacked, his effects activates, your opponant pays 800, and clears the field of 2000-2500 defender.
Have to call you on this one. Your ruling on oppression is off. Offical ruling states "The effects of face-up Trap Cards cannot be activated during the Damage Step, so this card's effect cannot negate the Special Summoning of a monster by the effect of "Mystic Tomato" or a "Cyber Jar" flipped face-up by an attack." So of course this would also be the same as when they attack a face down spy. Spy still goes off with a face up oppression on the field.
As for advice for your deck I would go with a Light sworn hybrid with these guys so that I could run three visionarys. I like to run Light sworns at seven anytime I'm runing them in a hybrid.
List
Lumina 3
Lyla 3
Garoth 1
Wolf 2 (or possible 3; hes not effected by necrovalley)
Maybe even throw in a couple necros.
Who knows at this point you could even put in 2 Chaos Sorcerer just because you'll be able to consistantly get him out. You know you want to run three visionaries hes freakin sweet
twisted .
