What is the best card at the moment in the current meta?
My vote has to go to Plaguespreader Zombie due to it's compatibility with so many decks, it's a Tuner and it's ease to summon.
Ideas so far...
Plaguespreader Zombie
Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier
Dark Armed Dragon
Judgment Dragon
Blackwing - Gale the Whirlwind
Tragoedia
Ally of Justice Catastor
Skill Drain
Royal Oppression
Chaos Sorcerer

i'd like to vote for Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier; it's very easy to Synchro Summon (especially in Zombie decks thanks to Plaguespreader), and it's effect is near-broken, enough to probably Limit it to one when the next Ban List comes around.

hmmmm maybe judgement or DAD not completely sure on best card but lightsworn definitly has best deck i think.

I would have to say Blackwing - Gale the Whirlwind. It's a Level 3 Tuner that has the potential to beat anything lower than 2600 ATK / DEF by itself and can seriously cripple anything else.

Judgment Dragon: It's easy as hell to summon, it's only semi-limited, and unless your opponent kills it, within three turns, you win. Sending it to the hand is worthless as it special summons itself and only a few monsters can stop it.
Also, Ally of Justice-Catastor. Kills anything except dark before damage calculation. A simple Junk synchron, or a Deep Sea Diva can special summon it from their summoning.

A personal favorite against people who spam traps is Sorcerer of Dark Magic.
3200 ATK and stop any trap from doing anything, its just full of win.

not to be confused with some of my favorite cards...
but Gale is a deff. card for most decks... its ability to tune and its effect just make it that "one more thing" you can do before losing.. or winning... situational.. yeah thats it..
SkillDrain is another... if you run a deck based from it.. and perfect it.. while possibly running Royal Oppression's... there isnt much stopping you... and you elminate all the normal douche cards that are synced or summoned...
Chaos Sorcerer has always been a favorite of mine...
special summoning is pretty easy... and the ability to just say.. "begone Naive!!" is awsome... another game winning card..
Trageodia.. well nothings better than a card that is limited to 3 ((for now)) can be special summoned from the hand just by taking battle damage.. has awsome attack variatiouns... and can take control of the foe's creatures... simply genuis...
oh.. might i say EXODIA for the win... O.o
guess not..
Dark armed dragon is one of the most douche cards ive had to face.. i love its ability to rape anything on the field... just that brionac.....
plague is good if in almost any deck...
theres just so much...
