Thursday Eighteenth of February, Two Thousand and Ten.



Exercise:

5:30-6:00- Jogging, TKD practice
3:00-3:30- Walk home
6:00-8:00pm- Tae Kwon Do

Breakfast:
2 cups of coffee
1 plum
1 slice of toast with vegemite


Lunch: Vanilla yoghurt
Ham sandwhich



Dinner: Tandoori Chicken, with rice, again.
Others: I'm posting this three days later, so I don't remember whether or not I drank any diet soda or not.

Friday Nineteenth of February, Two Thousand and Ten.



Exercise:

5:30-6:00- 8 minute arms, cardio workout video, TKD practice, and some jogging.


Breakfast:
2 cups of coffee
Some fruity yoghurt


Lunch:
Ham sandwhich

Afternoon tea: 1 Banana, 2 pears


Dinner: I had the pork medallions again.

Saturday Twentieth of February, Two Thousand and Ten.

I was at Soundwave that day (yesterday), and, it was awesome on so many levels.
On the other hand though, I ate some terribly unhealthy things. And that I do regret. Though with that many crowdse everywhere, you kinda just have to eat when and what you can. It kind of becomes about sustaining yourself without eating too much, which would make you sick in a mosh-pit.



Exercise:

Er... so nothing remotely precise, but I was jumping around a LOT, all day...? If that counts for anything.


Breakfast:
2 cups of coffee
2 slices of toast with vegemite
4 pieces of chocolate

Lunch...at er... 6pm: 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemonade.
1 chocolate chip cookie.


Dinner: A chicken burger from McDonalds

Other: Half a glass of Coke Zero.
A moutful of rockstar energy drink

Sunday Twenty- First of February, Two Thousand and Ten.



Exercise:

Egh. None.
Woke too late for breakfast that day.

Lunch: 2 cups of coffee
1 Sandwhich with ham, tomato and cheese.
2 slices of rockmelon.



Dinner: Steak, a bit of potato, a bit of pasta, gravy, and onion (we were out of other veggies, we need to get more)

Other: One cup of coffee

Monday Twenty- Second of February, Two Thousand and Ten.



Exercise:

5:30-6:00am- Half hour walk
3:00-3:30pm- Half hour walk home
8:30-9:00pm- So I got a bit carried away with some music, and started dancing (despite being NO good at it), and by the time the playlist finished I was sweating, so I'm gonna list that here.

Breakfast 1cups of coffee
2 slices of Rockmelon

Lunch 1 Ham sandwhich
Strawberry yoghurt

Afternoon tea: One cup of coffee. 2 plums.

Dinner: Steak, a bit of potato, a bit of pasta, gravy, and onion (again)
