I'm a red head with freckles, and it's impossible for me to tan. I just get more dots. xP

Why do you have to be pale to be considered 'goth'?
I have a friend who wants to be pale but she is a ballerina. I think that the paleness is associated with goth because goth people don't go outside. If you go outside then embrace your tan!
