I don´t know if you want to buy more cards, but if you want to play with level ritual monsters, you could play with blue eyes and advanced ritual art, i used to play with a ritual deck like that, cards like trade -in can make ou deck faster, you discard blue eyes and then swing of memories to use it as a tribute.
Altough i don´t know how do you want to biuld ur ritual deck.

A quick advice if you really want to play with ritual monsters without effect such as luster soldier and magician chaos, is to add non-spellcating area, it will portect ur rituals from any lightning vortex or something like that, altough the masked beast is level 8 and has higher attack.

Sorry if i wasn´t helpful crying , i just don´t whta type of ritual deck you want to build.
