@Squall/Kite In order to do that, I would be overstepping my boundaries as a Crew Member of the guild. While I am unsure that the user iMeiyu is a friend or a mule of iDoil, that specific account has not violated any of the rules agreed upon by entering the guild. iDoil, however, did, which is why I had premise to ban her from the guild. Until the user actually violates a rule, I cannot do anything (or until I find out if is a mule of the same account).
@White The reason I wrote the comment was to respond to the fact that she believed her Kottan Bell to be more accurate than my suggestion of the Noel's Gift. In terms of accuracy, iDoil believed she was more correct in using the Kottan Bell, and should she have submitted the avatar with it, I would not have made such a big deal about copying ideas (I would have instead referred to the fact that she NEEDED the Noel's Gift). I understand your argument, and, yes, my comments were motivated by the grudge; however, this was spurred by the fact that she had insulted my Endrance cosplay's accuracy in the arena by simply stating "wrong hair, wrong eyes, wrong armor," without stating any improvements that may have been made. When I attempted to respond to her com- ments, logicall explaining my reasoning, she told me I was wrong but refused to assist me (I would have considered her input if it had been a logical argument).
Also note that I have never claimed that I have any level of maturity. I react to situations like this by composing sar- donic comments that satiate my desire for vengeance. I readily acknowledge the fact that I am immature, especially for my age, and the way I handle things is usually not in the most mature fashion. However, I do know the proper etiquette for being an Cospaly Avatar Critic, and that is to keep your PMs and Comment Box completely available for the opinions of others. I have 35 pages of comments from my past as a Critical Critic, and I have never once deleted a single com- ment and disregarded it. Now, I usually don't respond to com- ments, instead opting more for those that choose to PM me, but if the user makes a suggestion (good or bad) and presents it in a logical way, I will respond with an adequate response.
iDoil critiques others without restraint, but unlike me, she has prevented users from contacting her in any form. Therefore, she can hide behind this "safety wall" and be as rude as she wants without having to fear the backlash from others. That is highly immature and pathetic in my book, even moreso than by grude-inspired comments. As aresult, she can also steal others ideas and falsely credit herself with an "original" idea. While I have never had a reason to, I would credit those that have in- spired my cosplay (in fact, I made a journal entry that credits the users that inspired the "Perfect Cosplays" of the avatar). iDoil believes she "owns" Shino and "own" all cosplays of Shino; even makign the remark that someone "copied her" avatar without her permission (it may have been a simple coincidence, but because she believes she owns the rights to Shino, every cosplay must be a copy of hers). She became angry with this unknown user for "stealing," and I found it hypocritical that she would get angry with copying (without permission or credit) and yet she borrwed both of our ideas with asking and without crediting. I mean, it's common courtesy (I even e-mail the users that I borrowed my ideas from).
@yokaiy It has, but I refuse to back down until she stops entering a Shino or credits those for which she has stolen ideas. I'll even give her a copy/paste prompt if she wants: "Thanks to Desyni and The Slate Scholar for contributing to the completion of this cosplay." That's all I want. R-E-S-P-E-C-T.
