Hi, from what I can see the major thing that's probably throwing you off her left arm. It's a bit too long.
In general, even though this is a heavily stylized image, you still need to study anatomy. This will teach you not only proportions, but how to deform chibi's in a way that looks more realistic. In other words, it helps you put all the juicy little details in that make chibi's so yummy.
Your colouring needs more contrast. The grey skin all over makes it very hard to look at, so maybe a lighter grey or even with parts of white would be better.
