Affiliation Rules.
That's right we're being tougher on who can affiliate with the Annual ball. So now any Affiliate needs to fit into the criteria set here if they wish to be an Affiliate with us.
First and Foremost! To be an Affiliate, You must be helping us, or working with us on the Annual Ball. You can't just ask to Affiliate us, and you can't just plug(Advertise in a small half-hearted way.) us to "Help out". Nor can you donate a small amount of gold or items. (10,000 may sound like a lot to you, however it is but a small amount, compared to how much we need.) To "Help us"
Second! If your Guild, Thread, Organization, etc... Is very inactive, gets deleted, or becomes dead. You will be removed as an Affiliate.
Third! If your Image link becomes broken in anyway, you will be removed as Affiliate until at least we receive a new Image for your banner.
That being said, If you fit any of the following, Then you can be affiliated with us if you wish.
Funding us: If you've donated 100,000 or more Gold to our event.
Art Work: If you've done artwork for us (Either for free, or at a discounted price.)
Advertising: If we feel your really trying to advertise for our event. And not doing a small Plug to our event. (Such things as making Threads around Gaia, Sticky's in your Guild, A whole section in your Thread, Or telling everyone to place banners in their Sigs who are members of your Thread/Guild/etc... for example that is.) Without breaking any of Gaia's Rules.
Provide Man Power: If a lot of members of your Guild, Or most of your members of your Thread/Organization are here in this guild helping us out in anyway.
Centered around us: If your Guild/Thread/Or organization is centered around the Annual Ball. (Meaning that they are about, or relies on the annual ball.)
Or...
Run by... If your run by someone who is high up on the food chain in this guild. (Someone who has done a lot to help us out.) Then you can Affiliate with us.
