In a year, I have lost 37 lbs.

I started 2009 at 215 lbs. I'm ending it at roughly 178 lbs. (thanks to christmas) I'll update this on the 31rst to have the final total.

To those of us who have been at this for a year or more, how much have you lost this year?

I started at 213 last January, and ended at 179. I'm heading towards 150 this year.
